Brand & message direction

Keep it on-brand

RCVRI is a performance wellness brand, backed by science. Not a spa, not a hustle brand, not a wellness fad. The tone is confident and direct, warm but not soft.

"find your zen" "treat yourself" "no days off" "grind"

Closer to us is direct, a bit dry, talking about what it actually does for you.

Some of the templates are already fine as is. Others may not sound like you, might not really be about recovery, or might not align with RCVRI, those are the ones to change.

A few directions to start from. The actual words should come from you, this is just to point you somewhere.

  • Why this specific session, not recovery in general, what actually got you in the door today
  • What it replaced for you, a habit, an old coping mechanism, a different version of you
  • The thing nobody warns you about a modality, the cold shock, the silence, how long it actually takes
  • What changed once you started taking it seriously instead of squeezing it in
  • One specific moment from a session, not a general feeling about recovery
  • A day in your life, or your normal routine, and where this fits into it
Before you start

What to film or shoot

  • Real reactions over posed shots: the plunge gasp, the sauna exhale, the calm after a float
  • The transition moments: heat to cold, before to after
  • A wide shot of the studio space (wood, light, the blue accents)
  • Keep it active and intentional, not spa-like
Format 01

One Shot

One clip with a wall of text over the top, captions and music already built in. Because it's one clip carrying the whole thing, it needs some movement in the shot and a message with a bit more thought behind it, a static shot with generic text won't hold attention on its own.

Good scenes: stepping into the cold plunge, the sauna door opening with steam, a contrast transition, a slow shot of you settling into a float pod. One real moment, held a little longer.

Format 02

10 Shot / Multi-shot

A string of short clips cut together, usually with one longer hook shot up front. This one's less about any single perfect clip and more about having a decent spread of footage, since it's built from volume, not one moment.

Good scenes: arriving at the studio, the locker or towel setup, the sauna door, heat on skin, stepping into the plunge, the reaction, compression boots inflating, the float pod closing, walking out. Mix wide, medium, and close shots so it doesn't feel repetitive.

  3. Drag and drop your clips in. Order matters less than having a mix (wide shots, close ups, reactions)
  4. Adjust any on-screen text, leave the rest as is
  5. Export and post
Format 03

Photo Collection

Same drag and drop approach, built from stills instead of video. Good for when someone's only got photos from a session, not clips.

Good scenes: detail shots of the space, a candid moment between modalities, a post-session shot. Nothing here needs to move, so lean on whatever you'd actually want to look at as a still.

This is meant to make it easy, not to cap what you can do. Use it as the default. If you can put together something more complex or polished, go for it, this is a floor, not a ceiling.
